Privacy Policies

NXT Robotics Corp. (the "Company") has developed this Privacy Policy out of respect for the privacy of our customers and visitors to our Website. This policy describes the personal information we collect, use, and disclose about individual consumers and visitors; this policy applies only to who are natural persons; it does not apply to any entities (whether business, non-profit, or governmental) or to any person who is not a California resident.

How We Use Personal Information

We use personal information to complete and maintain transaction records, operate and improve our website, debug and repair errors, provide interest-based and targeted advertising, enhance user experience, understand visitor demographics, detect and prevent security incidents, protect against fraudulent or illegal activity, comply with legal obligations, and verify and respond to consumer requests. Personal information may be shared with service providers or third parties strictly for these business purposes.

How We Share Information

Depending on your interactions with us, we may share personal information with trusted service providers and third parties, including business partners, government agencies, promotional and fulfillment vendors, marketing support vendors, and transaction support providers such as payment processors, solely to support our business operations and services.

Artificial Intelligence Services

NXT Robotics incorporates Artificial Intelligence ("AI") technologies throughout its RobotogoAI platform to enhance customer operations, improve situational awareness, automate routine tasks, and provide intelligent operational assistance. Our AI capabilities are designed to augment human decision-making by delivering timely, relevant, and actionable information while allowing authorized users to retain ultimate control over operational decisions.
Our AI services include the Nexie AI Assistant, an intelligent conversational interface that enables authenticated users to interact with the RobotogoAI platform using natural language. Nexie may assist users by answering questions, retrieving information, summarizing operational events, facilitating support requests, coordinating workflows, and helping users navigate platform functionality. Depending on your organization's configuration, Nexie may also coordinate specialized AI agents that perform domain-specific tasks such as infrastructure monitoring, device diagnostics, alert analysis, operational reporting, and customer support.
To provide these services, AI systems may process information that you voluntarily submit during conversations, information associated with your authenticated account, customer-authorized operational data, device telemetry, infrastructure status, support tickets, system logs, and other information necessary to fulfill your requests. AI processing is performed solely for the purpose of delivering requested services, improving platform functionality, maintaining platform security, detecting operational issues, and supporting customer-authorized business operations.
NXT Robotics does not use customer conversations or operational data to build public AI models or make customer information publicly available. AI interactions are processed using commercially reasonable security safeguards and are subject to the same access controls, authentication requirements, and security policies that govern the rest of the RobotogoAI platform. Customer information is processed only as necessary to provide requested services and in accordance with applicable contractual obligations and privacy laws.
Certain AI capabilities may utilize trusted third-party technology providers operating secure cloud environments. These providers process information only as necessary to perform services on behalf of NXT Robotics and are contractually obligated to protect customer information using appropriate administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards.
Although our AI services are designed to provide accurate and useful information, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors, omissions, or incomplete information. Users remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated recommendations and exercising appropriate professional judgment before making operational, business, safety, or security decisions. AI-generated content should be considered advisory unless otherwise expressly indicated.
As AI technology continues to evolve, NXT Robotics may introduce additional AI-powered capabilities to improve customer experience, automate operational workflows, strengthen cybersecurity, and enhance infrastructure monitoring. We will update this Privacy Notice as appropriate to reflect material changes in our AI processing practices.

SMS Communications and Mobile Messaging

NXT Robotics offers an optional Short Message Service ("SMS") communications program for authenticated users of the RobotogoAI platform. SMS messaging is intended exclusively to facilitate operational communications between authorized users, the Nexie AI Assistant, and NXT Robotics customer support personnel. Participation in the SMS program is entirely voluntary and is available only to users who have been authorized to access the RobotogoAI platform.
Users are not automatically enrolled in SMS communications when an account is created. Customer user accounts may be provisioned by an authorized customer administrator or NXT Robotics support personnel; however, SMS messaging remains disabled until the individual user independently requests enrollment through the authenticated RobotogoAI web application.
To enroll in SMS communications, the user must first authenticate to the RobotogoAI platform using their individual username and password. Authentication events are recorded for security and audit purposes. After successfully signing in, the user may request SMS access through the Nexie AI Assistant. Nexie verifies the user's registered mobile telephone number and presents an SMS enrollment disclosure describing the types of messages that may be received, expected message frequency, applicable message and data rate notices, instructions for obtaining assistance, instructions for opting out, and links to both this Privacy Notice and the applicable SMS Terms and Conditions.
SMS messaging is activated only after the user provides explicit affirmative consent to receive SMS communications. The consent process is designed to comply with applicable telecommunications requirements and industry best practices. Once consent has been received, the user is enrolled in the SMS service and may participate in operational ChatOps conversations and other authorized messaging services.
To support security, compliance, and audit requirements, NXT Robotics maintains records associated with SMS enrollment and consent. These records may include the authenticated user identity, customer organization, verified mobile telephone number, date and time of consent, version of the consent language presented, enrollment method, authenticated session information, and the user's consent status. These records are retained for compliance, fraud prevention, security investigations, dispute resolution, and other legitimate business purposes.
SMS messages delivered through the RobotogoAI platform are limited to operational communications requested or authorized by the user or the customer's organization. Depending upon customer configuration, messages may include customer support communications, AI-assisted ChatOps conversations, support ticket updates, operational alerts, infrastructure notifications, incident updates, service notifications, account-related communications, and other customer-authorized operational messages. NXT Robotics does not use this SMS program to send unsolicited marketing or promotional text messages.
Message frequency varies based on user activity, customer configuration, operational events, support requests, and infrastructure conditions. Standard message and data rates imposed by your wireless carrier may apply. Users are responsible for any fees charged by their wireless service provider.
Users may discontinue participation in the SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message received from NXT Robotics. Upon receipt of a valid opt-out request, SMS communications will cease as soon as reasonably practicable, the user's SMS consent status will be updated, and the user will be removed from applicable operational messaging services. Users who later wish to resume SMS communications may re-enroll through the authenticated RobotogoAI platform by completing the enrollment process again.
Users may obtain assistance with the SMS program at any time by replying HELP to any SMS message or by contacting NXT Robotics Customer Support using the contact information provided on our website.
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS consent is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. NXT Robotics may utilize trusted communications service providers solely for the purpose of delivering SMS messages on our behalf. Such providers process mobile telephone numbers and message content only as necessary to provide messaging services and are contractually required to protect customer information in accordance with applicable laws and industry security practices.
